It can be caught in the waterfalls in southern Cindersap Forest during Fall at any time.

Salmon can be caught regardless of time of day or season using Magic Bait.

Tailoring

Salmon is used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create the Faded Denim Shirt. It can also be used as a red dye in the dye pots, located in Haley's and Emily's house, 2 Willow Lane.

Fish Pond

Salmon can be placed in a Fish Pond, where they will reproduce every 2 days. The initial pond capacity is 3 fish, but the capacity can be increased to 10 by completing three quests. The only possible output is light red Salmon Roe.

• Item Delivery: One salmon may be randomly requested in Fall at the "Help Wanted" board outside Pierre's General Store for a reward of data-sort-value="225">225g and 150 Friendship points.
• Fishing: Demetrius or Willy may randomly request 1-4 salmon during Fall at the "Help Wanted" board outside Pierre's General Store for a reward of data-sort-value="75">75g per fish. (You get to keep the fish).
• Aquatic Overpopulation: Demetrius may request 10 Salmon to be caught in Fall at the Special Orders board outside the Mayor's Manor for a reward of gold equivalent to selling the fish and the Farm Computer recipe.
