Achievements in Stardew Valley are displayed on the player pause menu under the tab with a star icon. These achievements are also mirrored in Steam.
Each achievement unlocks a specific hat for sale at the abandoned house in the southern woods. Mousing over each available hat in the vendor list will display the associated achievement which unlocked it.
