Mining Monthly is a skill book that can be obtained by purchasing from the Bookseller for 
8,000g, or obtained randomly from Fishing Treasure Chests, Mystery Boxes, Golden Mystery Boxes, and chopping Trees.
Upon reading the book, players will earn 250 Mining XP. It can also be traded to the Bookseller in exchange for 20 coal.
